Bob Geott

Bob Goett’s expertise includes leader development, training coaches, organizational climate interventions, teaming and influence activities, and group facilitations. Bob has over twenty five years of experience in leadership and team development, organizational change, and business transformation disciplines. He has been a presenter at the United States Military Academy Global Leadership Conferences, and has been invited as a guest speaker in West Point’s leadership programs.

Bob has years of experience developing IBM executives and managers; and facilitating most of IBM’s behavioral development programs. Today he is Vice President, Learning for Citigroup.

Earlier in his career, Bob was an officer in US Army Special Operations. He is a graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point.
