Executive coaching for managers and leaders is a proven tool to enhance leaders’ effectiveness and overall satisfaction. Sometimes an organization wants to invest in a particular leader. In this case, we can offer a customized program for that individual leader. The way it works is this: Once the leader is selected, the coach will come on site or use digital tools to hold an orientation session (called a “Discovery Session”) with the leader. On specifically designated coaching days, the leader meets with the coach for the sessions, usually every other week. The coaching sessions continue for six months. The last session includes a summary that can be shared with the leader’s supervisor, peers, or team – as the leader decides.

One-on-one coaching for selected leaders. Typical engagement is six months. Program is customized for each leader.

A program that is open to non-managers and managers alike where the individual can bring a single issue to a coach for a 45-minute intensive coaching session on that topic. There is no ongoing coaching program, rather an individual, targeted session.

Coaching programs are also available to be delivered in Spanish. This delivery will most likely be performed via virtual means (live computer video sessions)
